Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming and confusing when we are met with expectations that do not align with our authentic self. I believe positive and effective change can happen once we become more confident and empowered within ourselves. I work with individuals to feel confident to make effective change within their life in order meet their personal and therapeutic goals. I primarily work individuals with disrupted attachments related to childhood trauma, and sexual trauma; in addition to PTSD, depression, anxiety, and OCD (specifically related to Relationships, Contamination, Perfectionism, and Health).

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, personable, direct, funny, and individualized approach to meet your needs. You can expect a safe space to speak freely, without judgement, of your issues/concerns, and events in your life. I primarily use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help promote positive self-esteem, communication, and self-advocacy.

What you can expect from me

Honestly, life is tough; whether it is coping from past or present events, managing daily stressors, or learning how to embrace your authentic self. We all need support to take the first steps of change the relationship with ourselves.
