Great to meet you!

I’ve always felt called to help others find hope, healing, and resilience. Life has given me experiences that help me connect with people in meaningful ways, and nothing is more rewarding than witnessing the courage and growth that happen throughout the therapy journey. My professional journey began at Widener University where I received my Master of Social work degree in 2022. I have 10 years of experience in social work with 7 of those years in child welfare. The last three years I have worked in community mental health as a therapist primarily working with adolescents and adults including crisis intervention.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert on your own life. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches, including CBT, EMDR, and other proven approaches, while building on your strengths. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals, develop practical tools, and create lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know: your story, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to gain. We’ll also discuss any past therapy experiences and concerns. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out; we’ll simply start where you are. Feeling nervous is completely normal, and we'll move at a pace that is comfortable for you.
