Great to meet you!

I am a licensed counselor with over 15 years’ experience, with additional specialized training in Telebehavioral Health or "on-line therapy." Through empathy and dedication to individualized care, I strive to put clients at ease. Clients describe me as "approachable, insightful, non-judgmental and caring." Through a solution-focused approach it is my goal to help you learn new practices to change old habits and hurts, to help you THRIVE!

My approach to therapy

I provide an environment that puts clients at ease in a space where they feel comfortable....whether that is your home, office or car! Please visit my website www.marylandvirtualcounseling.com

My clients say they appreciate me for my direct approach that is warm and solution-focused in nature. My goal for you is to gain the strength you need to overcome life obstacles, while also learning new techniques to help you be the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel listened to and heard. Clients can expect that they will walk away from a session feeling empowered to make tough decisions. As a client myself, I want a therapist that listens, but also reflects...nothing feels more frustrating than a therapist that sits with you for an hour saying "Uh hum" or "I hear you". I will hear you and listen, but I may also challenge you as well, to think about things in a different way or initiate a new strategies.

I offer individual therapy (18+), and online group therapy (Divorce, Adult ADHD, Life Transitions)
