Great to meet you!

I specialize in somatic psychology, EMDR, and breathwork to help individuals process trauma and chronic stress through a body-centered approach. I work from the understanding that trauma is stored in the body and influences how we relate to ourselves and the world around us.

My work integrates somatic methods with EMDR and breathwork to help regulate the nervous system and increase awareness of bodily sensations. These techniques enable clients to access and resolve trauma held in the body, fostering greater emotional balance and resilience.

By working directly with the body and nervous system, clients can restore a sense of internal safety, improve emotional resilience, and experience deeper, more sustainable healing.

My approach to therapy

I’m here to support you on your healing journey in an open, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment. Your story is uniquely yours. I prioritize clear, honest communication and am here to listen, offer thoughtful challenges, and provide steady support throughout our work together.

What you can expect from me

We will start with an introductory session where you can share your story and discuss what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll explore and clarify your goals and desired outcome. My aim is to provide a warm and inviting space where you feel safe and comfortable. From there, we’ll collaborate in subsequent sessions to work towards your goals in therapy.
