Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who is committed to providing you with evidence-based compassionate mental health care with a holistic approach. I have several years nursing experience in acute inpatient psychiatric units treating a wide variety of mental health conditions. My goal is to provide an environment of care where you feel supported, heard, and understood. We will work collaboratively in an open communication to provide you with information that will help you make informed treatment decisions.

My approach to therapy

As a clinician, I utilize a patient-centered approach since everyone’s journey is unique. I provide supportive therapy and together we explore the benefits of pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, or a combination of the two.
