I'm a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for mental health care with over 16 years of experience in the healthcare field.

I provide Telehealth and direct care for a wide range of conditions, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, schizophrenia, and substance use disorder. My approach is collaborative I work closely with therapists and other providers to build treatment plans that are practical, effective, and centered around you.

My goal is simple: to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be.
