Great to meet you!

I believe that healing happens when clients feel heard, respected, and empowered, so I work to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for growth. With over 20 years of counseling experience, I provide individual psychotherapy and Christian counseling for adults and adolescents. My work focuses on addiction recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I use a client-centered style that draws on evidence-based practices such as Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care.

I specialize in psychotherapy, addiction recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling, integrating faith and spiritual values into the therapeutic process.

Whether in individual or family sessions, my goal is to meet clients where they are, help them build on their strengths, and provide tools that foster resilience, self-awareness, and long-term healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, practical tools, and a sense of hope. I work to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being open and honest. Together, we set realistic goals and focus on developing coping strategies, strengthening resilience, and identifying personal strengths.

Over time, clients often take away a deeper understanding of themselves, improved emotional regulation, and healthier ways of managing stress, relationships, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients build the skills and confidence they need to move forward with purpose, balance, and a renewed sense of well-being.
