Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Alysha Stella, a LCSW therapist passionate about helping individuals find balance, clarity, and resilience. With years of experience supporting clients through evidence based practices, I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore challenges, understand yourself and discover new strengths. My experience in working in emergency medical services and living in a military household has given me unique insight and understanding when working with clients from various backgrounds. I specialize in ADHD, addiction, and am trained in EMDR.

My approach to therapy

Addressing issues that affect our mental health can involve more than just managing symptoms and establishing coping skills. Utilizing a blend of the science of the brain and therapeutic practices, I work on understanding you and assisting you to understand yourself to determine a plan that is most effective for you as an individual.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. I work with clients in strengthening their ability to manage emotions, setting healthy boundaries, and improving self-reflection. Clients can expect an approach that is structured but adaptable, allowing clients to explore solutions that fit their unique needs while fostering long-term well-being.
