Great to meet you!

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Elmira College and my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University. I understand that life's challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and empowered.

My approach is rooted in collaboration, genuine connection, and talk therapy. I strive to be one of your biggest supporters while gently challenging you to grow and move toward your goals. I am here to guide you, help you recognize your strengths, and support you through life's challenges. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or life transitions, I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe in creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we will explore how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected while identifying strengths and developing practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other, understanding what brought you to therapy, and beginning to build a comfortable and trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a relaxed, welcoming space where you can share at your own pace.
