Great to meet you!

At Shore House Wellness Collective, I welcome people who are ready to better understand their mental health & take steps toward feeling more like themselves again. My clients may be experiencing anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma, life transitions, substance use & recovery, difficulty managing stress, sleep concerns, or simply feeling that something isn't quite right. Some may be seeking help for the first time, while others may be looking for new approach after feeling previous treatment hasn't worked for them. I begin by listening. Often, patients come to me when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure.

Through comprehensive assessment, compassionate conversation, & collaborative treatment planning, I work to understand the whole person—not simply a diagnosis. Depending on your individual needs, care may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, supportive psychotherapy, education, lifestyle strategies, & coord. w/ other healthcare providers.

I can offer faith-based care, incorporating spirituality into treatment as part of caring for the body, mind, & spirit. My ultimate goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop tools to manage your mental health & create a path forward that feels realistic & meaningful. You don't have to have all the answers- You just have to take the first step.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered, supportive approach incorporating brief psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and strengths-based techniques. Treatment is individualized and may integrate CBT-informed strategies, mindfulness, and faith-informed care when desired.

What you can expect from me

I help with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, substance use & recovery, & life transitions ages 6 and up. Treatment may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, brief supportive therapy, education, and lifestyle strategies. Together, we'll create an individualized plan focused on improving symptoms, building coping skills, and helping you feel more balanced and empowered.
