Great to meet you!

I believe that healing begins with connection, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I’ve worked with individuals navigating life transitions, trauma, stress, and emotional challenges. My background includes working with at-risk youth, adults facing everyday stressors, and individuals recovering from complex emotional experiences.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and am trained in client-centered, trauma-informed care. I bring warmth, cultural sensitivity, and genuine curiosity into my work, meeting each client where they are. I view therapy as a collaborative process and strive to walk alongside my clients as they build resilience and discover their inner strengths.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in relationship-building, trust, and emotional attunement. I draw from evidence-based practices while tailoring sessions to each individual’s needs, preferences, and goals. I focus on creating a nonjudgmental, affirming space where clients feel safe exploring their emotions and experiences.

Whether you are seeking to process past trauma, navigate a current life transition, or better understand yourself, I believe in working together to uncover the tools and insights that support your healing and growth. Just like a rose needs both sunlight and rain to thrive, I help clients embrace both their challenges and strengths as part of their journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with increased clarity, emotional insight, and practical tools to support their everyday lives. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected—to yourself and to others.

Therapy with me is a collaborative experience where you’ll be met with empathy, curiosity, and encouragement. Over time, clients often experience greater self-awareness, improved coping strategies, and a deeper sense of empowerment as they move toward meaningful change.
