Great to meet you!

As a provider of Mind-full Wellness Solutions I provide support to individuals with anxiety and past traumas. My client’s goals have often been to develop a more positive outlook, better communication, and improved well-being overall.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the body and brain hold onto experiences after certain events and might get hung up or even stuck. In my assessments, I determine how these impacts can reveal themselves in our behaviors and the decisions that we make every day. I work to help identify where the mind and body have gotten hung up and I use an eclectic “whole person” approach to unraveling these barrier areas in life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard and to better understand themselves in sessions. Be prepared to learn about the mind and body, to better understand the emotions that follow. This understanding tends to bring relaxation and more peace to people as they experience life challenges.
