Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who believes everyone deserves a safe, caring space to heal and grow. Reaching out for help takes courage—congratulations on taking that step. I’ve worked with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and life transitions, using practical tools and a warm, down-to-earth approach. Together we’ll build skills that fit your life and help you feel more connected and in control.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should fit your life and your story, not the other way around. When we work together, we’ll be partners—setting goals, trying practical skills, and checking in on what’s working. I aim to create a respectful, honest space where you feel heard and safe to explore tough stuff. I’ll listen, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and support you as you build the changes you want.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to get to know each other—you can share your story, concerns, and what you hope to change. I’ll ask questions to understand your strengths, patterns, and any immediate needs, and we’ll set initial goals together. My aim is to make the space warm, private, and nonjudgmental so you can feel comfortable being honest. After this session we’ll have a clear plan for next steps and practical tools to begin working toward your goals.
