Great to meet you!

With 17 years of experience in social work, 15 as a clinical social worker, I have dedicated my career to supporting people navigating serious illness and caregivers of those with advanced illnesses, particularly dementia. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgemental space where clients can explore their emotions, gain education about disease progression, and find guidance in making important care decisions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is deeply rooted in empathy, validation, and a strengths-based perspective. I believe in truly listening to my clients, helping them uncover solutions that align with their values and unique circumstances. Whether you need emotional support, practical guidance, or a space to process complex feelings, I am here to help.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a space for clarity, hope and resilience. Together we will explore your emotions, uncover your strengths, and find a path forward that feels right for you. My approach is focused on highlighting what you already bring to the table, helping you recognize and build upon your inner resources. I believe that with the right support, you can navigate challenges with confidence and purpose. My role is to provide guidance, validation, and practice tools, but ultimately, you have what you need within you to move forward.

Let's work together to create a path that honors your experiences, strengths, and goals.
