Great to meet you!

Hello! I love listening to people's stories and empowering them toward solution-focused resolutions. Having worked in a variety of fields with people of diverse backgrounds, my goal is to help people discover what it is that makes them come alive and the steps to take to achieve those goals for their lives. I fully understand that goals can vary drastically depending on where a person finds themselves in life. Some days, the goal may be just getting out of bed and eating a nutritious meal. As a Christian, I am more than happy to bring faith counseling and spiritual practices into sessions, if the client so chooses. In all situations, my approach is to respond with grace and care for where the person is and can keep faith perspectives out of the session if a person is more comfortable with that approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based and client-focused. I use multiple therapy modalities to help the client to achieve the goals that they help identify. I am a coach here to help you identify your goals and how to reach them and a cheerleader here to encourage you in your progress no matter how small it may seem to you.

What you can expect from me

My desire is that you come away from each session not only feeling affirmed in who you are and what you bring to the session but also with actionable steps in order to move your life in the direction in which you want to head.
