Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m Amanda. I’m a kind, steady therapist who helps people untangle relationship stress, identity questions, self-esteem challenges, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck. If you’re navigating complicated family dynamics, recovering from past abuse, working through infidelity, exploring your sexuality or gender identity, or trying to rebuild trust in yourself, this is a space where you can breathe and grow.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting clients through life transitions—divorce, career changes, academic pressure, shifting relationships, and the emotional aftermath of childhood neglect or trauma. I’m also sex-positive, kink-friendly, and affirming of poly/open relationships. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or feeling disconnected from the person you want to be, we’ll work together to build more confidence, resilience, and self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

My approach combines mindfulness, CBT, motivational interviewing, and person-centered support so therapy feels personal and empowering. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and build tools that help you move through life with more clarity and confidence. & because I offer online therapy, you can access support from wherever you feel most comfortable. If you’re ready to grow, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
