Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) serving adolescents and adults across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Before entering private practice, I worked in forensic mental health and alongside first responders. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, or a major life transition, I strive to provide a thoughtful, down-to-earth space where you can feel genuinely heard and supported.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing doesn't happen in isolation. As a social worker, I recognize that our relationships, communities, and environments shape who we are, and that meaningful change often comes from strengthening our connection to ourselves and the people around us.

I approach therapy with an understanding that you exist within larger systems, while honoring that you are the expert on your own life. I bring curiosity, collaboration, and a sense of humor into our work together, creating a space where we can explore challenges, recognize strengths, and build on the support that already exists all while discovering new ways to move forward.

What you can expect from me

I always start our work together with an introductory session where you'll have an opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. From there we will work together to make these goals a reality for you. I strive to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and comfortable enough to have honest conversations.
