I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Columbia International University in Columbia, South Carolina. I specialize in client-centered approaches that honor your unique story, while utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as the primary model to support growth and healing.
I use a client-centered approach to help clients achieve their personal goals. I believe each person is unique and holds infinite worth. My goal is to foster growth, healing, peace, and hope, supporting clients as they live a life rooted in grace. When desired, therapy can incorporate Christian faith and perspectives.
