Great to meet you!

I felt called to the counseling field over 25 years ago and continue to serve with gratitude, shaped by years of listening, learning, and commitment to this work. I bring wisdom, compassion, lived experience, and thoughtful humor to create a safe, grounded space for reflection, healing, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I work with middle school and high school students, as well as adults and couples, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and the impact of trauma. My approach is informed by well-established counseling methods, including CBT, ACT, and Relational Life Therapy, while remaining flexible and responsive to each individual’s needs.

I also incorporate somatic or body-based practices when appropriate. I am certified through the Center for Trauma and Embodiment as a Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator, supporting somatic awareness and nervous system regulation.

What you can expect from me

I value collaborative work and believe change happens through curiosity, connection, and small, intentional steps. I enjoy partnering with clients to explore new ways of being and moving toward greater clarity, resilience, and fulfillment.
