Great to meet you!

I have a decade of mental health experience. I started as a psychiatric nurse on an inpatient unit back in 2012. This is where I fell in love with psychiatry. I earned my Master's in Science at VCU in 2016. I have worked with a broad spectrum of individuals. My experience includes treating bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, substance use disorders, and depressive disorders.

My approach to therapy

I believe in being open-minded and approachable. I have a humble and down-to-earth approach with clients so that they feel comfortable being open and honest. I like to get down to the cause of mental health issues while using medications when appropriate. Therapy is just as important as medication management when treating mental illness. I like for patients to be engaged in both during treatment.

What you can expect from me

We will be working toward coming up with the right medication regimen for your current psychiatric concerns. I hope to help you achieve better functioning in daily life and relief from bothering symptoms.
