Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re a college student juggling responsibilities, a mom navigating the chaos of young children, or a high schooler facing pressure from all directions. If you struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or setting healthy boundaries, you’re not alone. I help clients work through these challenges with practical tools and a supportive space to explore what’s holding them back.

My approach to therapy

I take a personalized approach to therapy, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help you build resilience and confidence. Together, we’ll find strategies that work for you—whether that’s managing intrusive thoughts, handling guilt and shame, or creating coping skills for daily stressors.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and I believe it should feel safe, supportive, and tailored to your needs. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative—this is your time, and I’m here to guide and support you in a way that feels right for you.
