Our first session is about clarity, safety, and direction.
You’ll have space to share what’s bringing you in — whether that’s relationship conflict, betrayal, anxiety, addiction, or a major life transition. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand not just the problem, but the patterns underneath it.
By the end of our first meeting, you can expect:
- A clearer understanding of what’s happening beneath the surface
- Initial insight into the cycles keeping you stuck
- A sense of whether we’re a good fit
- A collaborative plan for what working together will look like
For couples, we’ll begin identifying the reactive patterns between you and establish structure so sessions feel safe and productive. For individuals, we’ll start mapping triggers, coping strategies, and goals for change.
You won’t leave with everything “fixed” — but you will leave with direction, clarity, and a next step.
