Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist based in California specializing in trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, chronic shame, self-esteem, and attachment wounds. I work with adults who are often highly self-aware yet still feel stuck in painful emotional or relational patterns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, with an emphasis on helping clients better understand themselves while creating meaningful change. I received my MSW from UCLA and integrate trauma-informed approaches including IFS and EMDR into my work.

My approach to therapy

I tend to be direct, engaged, and authentic in my style. I do my best to to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be fully honest with me, even when it's uncomfortable. I believe therapy should be active and growth-oriented, so I’m not afraid to gently challenge patterns, defenses, or ways of relating that may be keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space for us to start getting to know each other and come up with a plan for our work together. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you to therapy, your history, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from the process. My goal is to help you feel understood while starting to identify important patterns and themes together. I will guide this process so you don't have to worry about fitting everything in one hour!
