Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed counselor since 2017 and specialize in PTSD, childhood trauma, codependency, relationship issues, and LGTBQ+ issues. I earned my Masters Degree from Lewis & Clark college in 2013.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are at and allow them to use their therapy space as they need it. I am transparent and authentic around the process of therapy. I offer tools if a client want to learn coping skills. I provide options on how to proceed on issues that clients bring in. I help clients gain insight into why they are struggling, and help them start to change their perspectives.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will spend time getting to know my clients and their issues. I typically conduct a mental health assessment in which I will ask about symptoms, your background, and your current resources.
