Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Psychologist with 16 years of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of clinical needs and life circumstances. My work is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity to grow, heal, and reach their potential when provided with the right support and resources. As you reflect on your own well‐being, how are you currently prioritizing your mental health?

My approach to therapy

I believe humor can be deeply healing, and I use it intentionally in sessions to create comfort and connection. Clients often tell me that I am easy to talk to and that they feel understood, which is something I take to heart as I aim to live the guidance I offer. I specialize in treating depression and anxiety, and I also provide compassionate support for those experiencing the profound loss of a beloved pet.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable environment while also gathering important information about your history and current concerns. We will begin identifying your goals and collaborate on a plan to guide our work together, helping you move toward meaningful progress and your full potential.
