Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Amanda, a mental health therapist ready to support you on your journey towards growth and healing, I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Master of Arts in Conflict Management and Resolution (CMR).

My expertise lies in treating anxiety and other disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also specialize in assisting with various adjustment issues, particularly helping young adults and college students handle daily life stressors and challenges.

My approach to therapy

I consider my therapy style to be very laid back and approachable. I believe it’s important to comfortable and safe in your counseling session and strive to provide a supportive non judgmental environment.

My job as a therapist is to support you in whatever ways you want to grow and heal, encouraging you to be in the drivers seat of your own life. I truly believe that you are the expert in yourself and in your healing.

What you can expect from me

I try to match each person’s unique vibes in terms of building treatment plans and goals. Everyone is on their own journey and therapy often looks a little different from person to person. I strive to honor your individual therapeutic needs at a pace that feels natural and comfortable.
