Great to meet you!
I work with women who are navigating one of the most significant transitions of their lives becoming a mother. Whether you are pregnant, postpartum, or somewhere in the longer journey of matrescence, I offer a space where you can come exactly as you are and do the kind of work that actually changes things.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in the belief that what you are feeling is not a flaw it is information. I specialize in perinatal mental health, identity transitions, nervous system regulation, and intergenerational pattern healing. Much of the work we do together focuses on understanding the patterns you inherited, how they show up in your parenting and relationships, and what it looks like to begin rewriting them.
I draw from EMDR, somatic approaches, and narrative therapy, weaving clinical rigor with warmth and honesty. I do not believe in performing wellness. I believe in doing real work in a real relationship and I bring my whole self to that.
Before building my private practice, I served as Chief Clinical Officer of a multi-state behavioral health organization, where I designed treatment programs, supervised clinical teams, and built systems of care for thousands of people. I bring that depth of clinical experience alongside my own lived experience as a mother into every session.
If you are tired of white-knuckling it and ready for something that actually holds you, I would love to connect.
