Great to meet you!

I work with adults and teenagers who are ready to feel more confident, balanced, and in control of their lives. It’s completely normal to feel uncertain when first reaching out for support. Many people find that the first few sessions bring relief and clarity — helping them see a path forward and setting the stage for real, lasting change. I deeply believe in the power of personal growth and feel honored to support my clients as they move toward becoming their best, most authentic selves. It’s a privilege to be part of such meaningful journeys of healing and change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, warm, and practical. I help individuals discover new ways to navigate stressful situations, develop helpful coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of emotional well-being. Trained at Yale School of Medicine (internship and posdoc) and University of Oregon (Ph.D.), I have specialized experience in treating anxiety and trauma. I bring both expertise and compassion to every session.

What you can expect from me

In our first conversations, my focus is on truly getting to know you — understanding both the challenges you’re facing and the unique strengths you already possess. From there, we’ll work together to create a plan that helps you build mastery over difficulties and move toward the goals that matter most to you.
