Great to meet you!

Osiyo!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe prioritizing mental health and wellness is key to long term personal growth, happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 8 years, but in the last 6 years, have shifted my main focus to clients who are struggling with mental health and addiciton (co-occurring).

My approach to therapy

I take a client centered, trauma-informed, addiction-focused approach to therapy, recognizing that each person’s story is unique. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and respected. Together, we’ll work at your pace to understand how past experiences impact your present and develop healthier coping strategies. I’ll offer compassion, honest feedback, and gentle challenge to support your healing, growth, and long-term recovery.

What you can expect from me

We’ll start with an introductory session where you can share your story and what you’re hoping for in therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely supported—especially if you’ve experienced trauma or are navigating addiction or recovery. From there, we’ll work together to set goals that matter to you and take meaningful steps toward healing, growth, and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
