Great to meet you!

I specialize in providing wellness services to teens and adults managing anxiety, depression, and stress related to civilian & military life. With over ten years of experience in the mental health field, I am dedicated to guiding individuals through life’s challenges with empathy and expertise.

My approach to therapy

I prefer to use an Integrative approach to therapy because every client is different. I like to provide a warm, open-minded and creative space for my clients to express themselves. As well as offer insight to their thought process.

What you can expect from me
