Great to meet you!

I earned a Masters of Social Work, Interpersonal Practice degree from Western Michigan University in 2017.

I have 15 years of experience in the human services field. I have experience working with domestic violence survivors as an advocate at a DV organization, as a social worker for hospice, and as a clinical therapist for the last 3 years with a focus on anxiety, depression, DV, and grief.

My approach to therapy

I can assist you in understanding how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are related to your symptoms. By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) you will develop the skills to identify cognitive distortions, core beliefs, and how those affect the way you process and experience the world around you.

What you can expect from me

I offer therapy sessions in-person in my office and visual telehealth sessions. I am available M-W from 9am-4pm and Th from 9am-7pm.

I prefer to build genuine relationships with my clients by being myself and allowing my client's to feel safe and supported while being themselves.
