Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigate life’s challenges and build on their strengths. My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to help clients develop effective coping skills, strengthen problem-solving abilities, and create meaningful, positive changes in their lives. As a strengths based therapist, I believe therapy should be a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based, solution-focused, and collaborative. I believe every individual has unique strengths, abilities, and resources that can support them in navigating life’s challenges and creating meaningful change. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.

I work alongside clients to identify their goals, build on existing strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and explore solutions that align with their individual needs. My goal is to help children, adolescents, young adults, and families recognize their potential, build confidence, strengthen resilience, and develop the tools they need to move forward. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I tailor my approach to each client’s experiences, developmental needs, and goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and heard. We will take time to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals and expectations for the therapeutic process.

Together, we will identify your needs, recognize your existing strengths, and begin exploring practical strategies to help you navigate challenges and work toward your goals. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the steps we can take together toward positive change.
