Hello, my name is Amber Drake. I have my masters in clinical psychology and have been practicing for 15 years in the field. I have working in a variety of settings including private practice, doing psychological testing, inpatient, and teaching student how to conduct therapy in the university setting. I absolutely LOVE what I do and look forward to being able to help you or you and your partner live a more meaningful life.

My approach to therapy

I love to empower my clients to move towards the things, passions and people that are meaningful in their life. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused therapy (EFT) and Gottman Therapy to help individuals and couples clarify and engage in their goals.
