Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and other experiences that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest, feel heard, and work toward meaningful change without judgment.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I especially enjoy working with clients who are ready to better understand themselves, strengthen their coping skills, improve relationships, and create a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who they are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I don’t believe therapy should be about simply telling you what to do. Instead, we work together to understand what is happening, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop tools that you can use in your everyday life.

I draw from CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches, tailoring treatment to your individual needs and goals. Depending on what brings you to therapy, we may focus on managing difficult emotions, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, improving relationships and boundaries, navigating major life changes, or developing healthier ways of coping. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you would like to change, and what you hope to gain from counseling.

You can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. We’ll begin identifying your goals and discussing how therapy can best support you. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we can begin.
