I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers individual therapy with a warm, collaborative approach. I specialize in maternal mental health, relationship and family challenges, and codependency. My goal is to help clients feel understood, supported, and empowered as they navigate emotional and behavioral difficulties and build a more connected, fulfilling life.
