Great to meet you!

I offer 100% Telehealth sessions to the adult population - adults who are going through life transitions, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, addiction and PTSD.

I have been in private practice for over 5 years and previously worked in community mental health. I graduated from Pierce Community College in 2018 & Pacific Lutheran University in 2020 to then go on a graduate from University of Denver in 2021.

I really enjoy using Eyemovement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). The pair of these modalities allow for a smooth trauma recovery session. I also use Trauma- focused Cognitive Behavior therapy (TF-CBT) as well as Acceptance Committment Therapy. (ACT)

My approach to therapy

My clinical framework incorporates psychosomatic awareness, structured symptom assessment, and attention to relational dynamics, including patterns informed by early attachment and lived experience. Treatment is collaborative and tailored to each client’s presentation, with an emphasis on stabilization, insight development, and long-term integration.

What you can expect from me

In the first session we will discuss disclosure agreement which outlines legal obligations such as Duty to Warn and Confidentiality. We will also talk through intentions for therapy in addition to how I can support through psychotherapy.

It can be difficult to decide on what works best for you or know where to go - I want encourage you to reach out for a 15 minute consultation, sometimes that's just enough to feel confident in your decision to try out therapy.
