Great to meet you!

Welcome! Thank you for taking time to look at my profile. I have over 20 years experience in working with individuals, couples and families. Having specialized in child development, psychology and social work I have worked to not only understand who we are now but also ,how we got here and how we change patterns no longer working for us.

My approach to therapy

In working with clients, each session and approach is uniquely tailored to each client. I work from a holistic approach incorporating theory and interventions based on each client's needs. I believe in helping client's to not just improve the present but work toward lasting changes. I have worked with a wide variety of needs; just to name a few: life changes, divorce, separation, loss, relationship concerns depression, anxiety, trauma, etc.

What you can expect from me

In working with me, you can expect a nonjudgmental and understanding clinician who will work with you to explore the challenges you are facing, how those challenges came about and how to become your best self.
