My approach to therapy

As a Urban conscious and trauma-informed therapist, I use several approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, client-centered, strength-based, Mindfulness, and Solution-brief focus modality throughout the therapeutic process and has a passion for combining creative modalities such as art, music, meditation, affirmations, and journaling when implementing therapeutic interventions with clients.
