Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Amber. I work with individual adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely understood and supported as we sort through what’s overwhelming and build steadier ways of coping and connecting.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and relational. I help clients identify patterns that keep them stuck and build tools to manage emotions, improve relationships, and create lasting change. I draw from a variety of techniques to tailor sessions to each person’s needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to get out of therapy. I’ll ask some background questions to better understand your story, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. My goal is to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and we can start building trust and direction for our work together.
