Great to meet you!

Feeling stuck? You're not alone. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, or medical challenges, I’m here to walk alongside you. For over 20 years, I’ve supported people through some of life’s toughest moments—with compassion, honesty, and care. I’m especially drawn to working with those who feel weighed down by emotional pain, illness, or big life transitions. As a cancer survivor, I deeply understand how healing can be messy, powerful, and deeply personal—and I believe in your ability to grow through it.

My approach to therapy

Everyone’s journey is unique. My goal is to create a warm, calm space where you feel safe to share your concerns. I’ll offer support, insight, and guidance informed by my clinical training—always with your input at the center. I regularly check in to ensure our work is meeting your needs and adjust as we go.

Therapy is a team effort, and we’ll navigate this together!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin with a brief introduction and then explore the concerns that brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.

From there, my hope is that at the end of each session, you’ll leave with a new insight, skill, or tool—something meaningful to help you move forward or cope just a little better.
