Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. For over 20 years I’ve been helping people find solutions and for the past 8 years I’ve walked alongside clients as a counselor. My goal is to be a supportive, unbiased therapeutic alliance who helps you explore life path challenges, discover new ways to cope, and build skills that fit lifestyle growth personalized. Clients describe me as practical, resourceful, and encouraging.

My approach to therapy

Life is full of stages and transitions that can leave us reflecting on where we’ve been and where we’d like to go. I’ll provide guidance and tools to help you adapt, recharge, and keep moving forward. I believe in creating a space that feels safe, kind, and consistent — a place you can return to for regular check-ins, new perspectives, and renewed energy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk through what brings you here, your past experiences with counseling, and what you’d like to work on. I’ll listen to your story, get to know the people and supports in your life, and provide resources you can take with you. My hope is that you leave with a clearer sense of direction and practical next steps to start using right away.
