Amelie Gooding

I am a dually licensed (mental health and substance use) therapist with over 30 years of experience. I am empathic, positive open-minded and solution-focused. My goal is to help you find your path, or your way back.

I am informal in my approach and easy to talk to. I believe trust and rapport are the foundations of a good therapeutic relationship. I specialize in substance misuse and abuse, relationship issues, depression and anxiety.

I support and help you explore possibilities you may not have considered. Together, we come up with your goals and then we work on achieving them. I hope you leave a session feeling heard, understood and not judged and with a sense of new possibilities and hope.
