My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in being down-to-earth, practical, and focused on real solutions. I primarily use Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you understand what’s holding you back and to support you in making meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, down-to-earth conversation where we get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your concerns, your goals, and what you’re hoping to feel or experience differently. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, we move at your pace. By the end of the session, we’ll start identifying the first steps we can take together to help you feel more grounded and supported.
