Great to meet you!

I strive to make sessions safe and judgment free, with an occasional dash of down-to-earth humor. It can be scary to seek help, that's why I try to meet people where they are, as everyone is at a different place, on their own journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Person-centered therapy is at the core of every interaction, with CBT, psychoanalysis, active listening, emotion processing and sometimes DBT.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether your journey includes depression, anxiety, a personality disorder, the stresses of parenting and/or marriage, postpartum adjustments, or processing every day life stress, together we can embark on taking steps towards healing, whatever that may look like for you.
