Great to meet you!

As a clinical psychologist, I help clients navigate stress, anxiety, mood changes, relationship issues, and the impact of past experiences on daily functioning. My primary goal is to give clients the tools they need to improve overall functioning while providing a safe space to express their feelings and process their unique experiences.

I provide trauma informed telehealth therapy for teens and adults. Together we will work to understand what is important to you, and build tools to manage those concerns at home, work, school, and in your relationships to help resolve emotional conflicts and enhance overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based and integrates evidence-informed practices, such as CBT. I welcome neurodivergent and culturally diverse clients, and care about understanding what makes you, you.

What you can expect from me

During the first session we will discuss what led you to seek therapy, and what goals you have for yourself, both short-term and long-term.
