Great to meet you!

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: we all have a fundamental desire to be seen and to connect. While life inevitably brings us through seasons of loss and uncertainty, I believe these moments are where our deepest growth happens. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for that connection to take place. Together, we can explore your unique journey, creating room for the self-discovery and healing that comes when we feel truly heard.

My approach to therapy

My approach is primarily person-centered, relational, and narrative, informed by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. Together, we will explore how you engage in your relationships and interact with the world, utilizing a holistic perspective to examine both your present-moment experiences and the past experiences that shaped you.

I support individuals across the lifespan navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and the complexities of massive life transitions. My practice offers specialized expertise in adolescent development, identity formation, and academic shifts, and I am a dedicated advocate for LGBTQIA+ youth and their families. Additionally, as a trained STAR Behavioral Health provider, I am honored to provide culturally competent care to veterans and military-connected individuals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will begin with introductions and an opportunity for you to ask any questions. I will then provide an overview of what counseling entails, review confidentiality, and discuss your reasons for seeking individual therapy.
