Great to meet you!

I provide psychiatric medication management for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based care. I work closely with patients and, when appropriate, their primary care and specialty providers to support whole-person mental health. Through telehealth, I offer accessible psychiatric medication management for adults throughout Virginia and North Carolina, including evening appointments for busy professionals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on getting to know you—your concerns, your history, and what you're hoping to change or better understand. We'll discuss your symptoms, medical and mental health history, previous treatments, and any factors affecting your overall well-being so I can develop a thorough understanding of your needs. The pace is calm, supportive, and collaborative, with no pressure to share more than you're comfortable sharing. Together, we'll review treatment options, including whether medication may be helpful, and develop a personalized plan that aligns with your goals. By the end of the visit, you'll have a clear understanding of recommended next steps and what to expect moving forward.
