Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment. I believe mental health is the foundation of overall wellness, and I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, and recovery. My approach is compassionate and client-centered, focusing on healing, resilience, and building stronger relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, focusing on creating a safe space where clients feel supported in their healing journey. I integrate evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, and DBT to help clients process trauma, regulate emotions, and develop practical coping skills. I specialize in trauma resolution, harm reduction, and recovery support, tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual and family. Together, we work toward building resilience, strengthening relationships, and promoting overall wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel supported in a safe and nonjudgmental environment where their experiences are respected and valued. Together, we work toward processing trauma, reducing emotional distress, and building practical coping skills. My goal is for clients to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, resilience, and tools they can use in daily life. Over time, clients often report stronger relationships, improved well-being, and a renewed sense of hope.
