I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical. I have worked with various populations, including the elderly, adults, and teens, who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship problems, and/or stress.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I believe that all people should be treated with dignity and respect, without judgment. I use motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and client-centered therapy. I believe in a strengths-based approach.

What you can expect from me

Typically, after the first session my clients tell me that they found it easy to open up to me. Some are even surprised at what they share in their first session! I want clients to feel comfortable sharing their story. Always here to support you in becoming the best version of yourself.
