Great to meet you!

I know how hard it can be to reach out when anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or ADHD are making everyday life feel heavier than it should. Whatever you're carrying — whether it's been with you for years or showed up after a recent change — I want you to know it's treatable, and that the right support really can shift how you feel in your relationships, your work, and your day-to-day.

My approach to therapy

I also work with people navigating the emotional ups and downs that come with menopause, health changes, and other life transitions — the kind of stuff that doesn't always get talked about but can still throw you off balance.

In our work together, I draw on a few different approaches depending on what fits you best: Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand and work with different parts of yourself with more compassion, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build practical, everyday tools for managing difficult emotions and breaking unhelpful patterns, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for working through trauma specifically. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach — we'll figure out together what you actually need, whether that's unpacking recurring patterns, learning to manage intense emotions, or building concrete coping skills for the challenges in front of you.

What you can expect from me

I welcome adults from all walks of life — people of every background and belief system, including those who aren't religious, neurodivergent adults, and LGBTQ+ clients. My goal is to make our sessions a place where you can be fully honest without fear of judgment, so we can focus on what actually matters to you.

If any of this sounds like what you're looking for, I'd love to hear from you and see if we're a good fit to work together.
